I support trauma survivors in reconnecting with their bodies, inner wisdom, and sense of choice through grounded, transformational resiliency practices.

This space is for people navigating the effects of trauma, stress, or overwhelm, and seeking empowerment without pressure, healing without urgency, and connection that feels safe and nurturing.

My work centers on supporting nervous system safety, self-trust, and embodied resilience. I offer both structured programs and gentle entry points, so you can choose what feels most supportive right now.
