12-Week Inner Resiliency Program

This is my signature offering and the deepest way to engage in this work.

The 12-week Inner Resiliency Program is a small, supportive container for trauma survivors who are ready to rebuild inner safety, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate lasting resilience. Through a combination of 1:1 and group sessions, you’ll be guided through practices that support nervous system regulation, self-trust, and embodied healing.


Resiliency Reset: 3 Session Support Series

A gentle place to begin or a way to receive continued support.

The Resiliency Reset is a short-term, 3-session 1:1 series designed to support you in navigating stress, reconnecting with your body, and accessing simple, grounding resources. Each session is tailored to your needs, with an emphasis on safety, pacing, and practical tools you can return to.


Retreats

Local and International retreats offer space to step away from daily life and deepen into rest, connection, and embodied practice.

These small-group experiences are designed to support nervous system restoration, grounding, and meaningful integration—often in collaboration with other trusted facilitators.
