I support trauma survivors in reconnecting with their bodies, their inner wisdom, and their sense of choice through grounded, transformational resiliency practices.

This space is for people who have experienced trauma and are seeking empowerment without pressure, healing without urgency, and connection without overwhelm.

My work centers on supporting nervous system safety, self-trust, and embodied resilience. I offer both structured programs and gentle entry points so you can choose what feels supportive right now.

You’ll find:

  • A 12-week guided Inner Resiliency program

  • A short, supportive mini course

  • Community-supported access through a Circle of Support

  • Seasonal retreats for deep grounding and restoration

There is no “right” place to start.
